A Place is conveniently located at Coral Way Drive, MOA Complex in Pasay City, one of the fastest growing CBD’s in the metro. It is approximately 10 minutes away from the airport and close to mass transport hubs. A Place is also in close proximity to major retail hubs, restaurants, and entertainment sectors.
The building adapts a “core and shell” concept in its design – a simple but direct approach that maximizes space, has an intact core, and has easy access routes that maximizes daylight and conservation of resources.
Although majority of the building is occupied by ASYA, A Place accommodates several commercial and office tenants on its ground levels up to its 15th floor (marketing floor). In A Place, there is an area called GREEN SOLUTIONS, which showcases only companies that promote green architectural and construction products.
These spaces show through example the sustainable collaboration towards social responsibility through innovative measures and sustainable business practices. The goal is to be an effective engagement platform for all companies who want to go green and to be a challenge for future professionals to create a new global benchmark, not only for green buildings but also for green living.
The A-Place development has been awarded LEED Certified Silver and Best Mixed-Use Office Project at the Philippine Urban Land Institute Healthy Places last July 2016. ASYA Design has been awarded the 2016 Philippines’ Best Sustainable Architecture Firm by the Sustainable Building Awards presented by UK BUILD magazine.
